Your info, in plain English
We're a small local business, not an ad network. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and how to get it removed.
Last updated: September 21, 2026
The short version
- When you fill out a quote form, we get your name, the phone or email you gave us, your message, and which page you sent it from. We use it to get back to you about lighting.
- We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. That uses cookies.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
- Want your info deleted? Email mytbrite@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Who we are
My-T-Brite Lights is a locally owned permanent lighting installer based in Rigby, ID, serving Southeast Idaho and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This policy covers this website, https://mytbrite-lights.com.
What our quote forms collect
The quote forms on this site ask for your name, a phone number or email address, and an optional message. When you press submit, that information is sent along with a few details about the visit:
- the page you submitted the form from
- the website that referred you here, if any
- campaign tags in the link you clicked (the
utm_values you sometimes see in an ad or email link)
Form submissions are handled for us by Cyberlion Leads, a third-party lead service (leads.cyberlion.dev) that records the request and notifies us so nothing gets lost. We use what you send to respond to your inquiry, quote the work, and follow up about it. We won't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for, and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
Nothing you type into a form is sent anywhere until you press submit.
Cookies and similar storage
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. Some sites also use "local storage" and "session storage," which work much the same way. Here's everything this site uses:
| What | Set by | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
Analytics_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Counts visitors and shows which pages get read, so we know what to improve. | Up to 2 years |
| Bot check | Cloudflare Turnstile | Confirms a real person is submitting the form instead of a spam bot. It doesn't track you across other websites. | Minutes to a few hours |
Visit IDcl_leads_vid | Cyberlion Leads | A random, anonymous ID for a single visit, so a submitted form can be matched to the right visit. It isn't tied to your name unless you submit a form. | Until you close the tab |
Notice dismissalmtb-cookie-notice-v1 | This site | Remembers that you closed the cookie notice so it stops reappearing. | Until you clear your browser data |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work, though the quote form may ask you to complete the bot check again. To opt out of Google Analytics everywhere, Google offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Other information we receive
Like nearly every website, our host records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Those logs are for security and troubleshooting, not for building a profile of you.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the site run, listed above: Cyberlion Leads (quote requests), Cloudflare (bot protection), Google Analytics (traffic stats), and Google Firebase (hosting). We may also share information if the law requires it. That's the whole list. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as we're working with you, and afterward for our business and tax records. Analytics data is aggregate and is retained on Google's standard schedule.
Your choices
Email us at mytbrite@gmail.com or call (208) 339-1587 and we'll tell you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no runaround. If you'd rather we stop contacting you, say so and we will.
Children
This site is meant for homeowners and property owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we add a tool that collects something new, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
